Today I will share quick and easy homemade method to lose weight at home. This drink will boost your body’s metabolism and help reduces weight. You have to drink this weight loss drink every morning empty stomach and just before going to sleep.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 small grounded ginger

Method:

  1. In a clean bowl take 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 small grounded ginger and 2 cups of water.
  2. Boil all the ingredients well and strain the water by using a strainer.
  3. This drink is more beneficial if consumed at the empty stomach and before going to bed.
