1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of milled flaxseed
Between 5 and 7 fleshy plums
2tablespoons of oatmeal
1 cup (250 ml) of organic kefir (You can use low-fat yogurt, too)
It is recommended to prepare this breakfast in the evening and consume it the following morning.
In a bowl, add the plums and pour 100 ml of boiling water over them. Cover them and let them stand for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, take another bowl and put the oatmeal, flaxseeds, and cocoa. Add the kefir and mix well.
Then, chop the soaked plus into small pieces and add them to this mixture. Mix well and place the bowl in the fridge.
To get the best results, consume this every day. In the beginning, the mixture may taste unusual, but you will get used to it.
