  • 200g pineapple
  • 700g of red cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pepper

Directions:

You should eliminate the center part of the cabbage. Cut it in quarter then into thin slices. Remove the peel of the pineapple and peach and cut them into small pieces. Add the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle apple cider vinegar and let it stand for 15 minutes to marinate. Mix the orange and lemon juice, and add the cumin and the oil. Then, add the water in it and stir for 1 minute. Add pepper and mix well. Then, you should rinse the cabbage or the carrots and add it in the first bowl with the pineapple and peach. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. That is it!
