Day 3:

LUNCH: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt, 2 cucumber, 1 apple and juice without sugar
DINER: 1 slice of toasted bread with 125 cooked beef meat or chicken, 1 cup of tea without sugar and 1 apple

Day 4:

LUNCH: 1 slice of toasted bread with 125 low fat cheese and 1 tomato
DINER: 1 slice of toasted bread with 2 tomato, 125 cooked beef meat or chicken and 1 apple

Day 5:

LUNCH: 1 slice of toasted bread with 200 gr fish and 1 tomato
DINER: 500 gr cooked vegetables ( carrots, potatoes or peas) with 100 gr cheese and 1 tomato
