Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days – Diet Plan


 

If you need to lose kilograms quickly, try this diet and you will have magnificent result. This Diet to Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days is not recommended for longer period than 15 days. It has 5 days routine, and you should repeat it 3 times and get rid of 15 kilograms.

Breakfast (Same Every Day):

 1 slice of toasted bread
 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar
 1 apple, pear, peach, melon or watermelon


 

Day 1:

LUNCH: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt and 1 apple
DINER: 2 slices of toasted bread with 100 gr low fat cheese, 2 tomatoes and 1 cucumber

Day 2:

LUNCH: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt and 1 apple or peach
DINER: 1 slice of toasted bread with 1 tomato, 125 cooked beef meat, 1 cup of tea without sugar and 1 apple
